PowerPoint Upload a Movie Clip

Is there a method to upload a 3 minute movie clip from DVD onto a PowerPoint
Slide Presentation, so that I do not have to leave the presentation to click
and view the movie clip, then return to the power point. If anyone can
assist, I would be most grateful.
