PowerPoint Viewer 2003 Wont Open Attachments In Outlook Express

I had PowerPoint 97 viewer and it worked fine. I just downloaded the 2003
viewer and now it will not let me open e-mail attachments in Outlook Express
like the 97 version did. I have to save the attachment, then open it and it
works fine. The error message says I need to associate the program in Folder
Options, which I did but it still will not open attachment within Outlook
Express. I still have to save the attachment, then it opens fine. Is there a
fix for this?
