PowerPoint views: alternate between landscape and portrait

We're working on a self-running PP and the "pictures" need to alternate
between landscape and portrait orientation. Any way to alternate it within a
presentation?

In PowerPoint 2002/XP and 2003, you can use mutiple slide masters.
Alternately, you can link the presentation.
