Powerpoint vista problems?

We've been doing a number of PowerPoint presentations for a client who is
looking into moving to Vista. Do you know of any problems this may cause?

Unless they have also moved to a new PowerPoint version? Even then, there
may be very few issues.

Just make sure the fonts you've used are installed on the Vista systems.

As Geetesh mentions, if they also move to a different version of Office, you
could see some issues then. Whether they're major or not depends on the
client and presentations in question.
