PowerPoint w/ Music

What is the best way to add music to a show? I have a marketing person who
continually puts music into her slide shows. The trouble begins when she
moves the files from one computer to another. The timing will not work, and
if she does not move both files the music does not move with the power point.
I thought that you could embed music files into PowerPoint, so that moving
from computer to computer would be seamless?

Unless the music file is a .WAV file it is going to be linked to the program
and has to be taken from one computer to another There are programs out
there that can convert your music file to a WAV file, which will allow you
to embed it into your presentation depending on it's file size which you can
set to 50000kb.

Thank you very much I was thinking that. I will try it as soon as I can.
