When I attempt to print an outline, the only thing that prints is the small
squares that indicate the slides. Why isn't the text printing?

Did you type your text into the title- and text placeholders? Only their
text is printed, outline ignores text in text boxes and AutoShapes.

Best regards,
Ute

Thank you for responding. I am a student and my professor is unavailable
today. I'm not 100 percent on all of the terminology. I typed the text into
the boxes on the slide. Did I need to type them on the side where the outline
shows?

Basically... Yes. I thought someone had a VBA routine available that might
help you do the conversion, but I'm not finding it. Maybe someone else will
pop in with the link....
