Powerpoint with Music

I am trying to email a ppt presentation that has a wav file in it. When I email it doesn't take the music along. I went through all of the settings and they appear to be correct over 100 KB etc. The wav is in the same folder as the ppt file. What am I doing wrong. I have to send to someone ASAP

How large is the WAV file and what do you have the size limit set to? If
the file exceeds the limit, it will not be embedded in the presentation and
must be sent separately along with the presentation.
