powerpoint with YouTube video

I followed your directions to Peggy Grail. First I used "wmv"...but it wouldn't take. I assumed it was because she was using a Mac Pro and I was using a desktop.

So I stored it using "m4v" which worked...for me. But when I e-mailed the powerpoint to others, they couldn't play the video.

What should I do to guarantee the powerpoint videos will play on all systems?

Hi

WMV is the best format for cross-platform compatibility because it is
high quality and small file size.

Macs require the free Flip4Mac Quicktime codec in order to play WMV files.
