Have finished my first powerpoint presentation [30 slides]
but when I view the show, all slides have check to edit
master on them. How do I get rid of these, please.
These slides are for my exegesis and therefore important.
Thank you.

Do you mean that it says "click here to add text"? If so, those shouldn't be
visible when you view the show in Show mode (meaning full-screen as a PPT
show) -- they only show up in Normal "edit" view.

I'm not familiar with "check to edit master," so if the slides are showing
something else when you view the show, please clarify.

Do you also see the same text on each slide when you are editing the slides?
Which template are you using for your presentation?

It could have something to do with a messed up template. All Slide Masters
(when in View > Master > Slide Master) have "Click to edit Master ..." in the
placeholders. If somehow the placeholders on the Slide Master were copied and
pasted, then you would see them as fixed objects on all slides.
