I am trying to print TWO Presentations per sheet with notes on the side of EACH
Presentation. I've even sent them to Microsoft word. It gives you the option
of 2,3,4
pages with notes but when I choose 2 per with notes it always put THREE per
sheet
what am I not doing??

Although the picture in the Send to Word dialog shows 2 slides/page, it
really defaults to 3. So you're not doing anything wrong, the picture is
just misleading.

You can resolve this pretty quickly and easily in Word by increasing the
height of the rows in the table, though.
