Have Works Suite 2004. What do I have to buy to have Powerpoint

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/FX101754511033.aspx shows that you
would qualify for the upgrade version of PowerPoint as you have Works Suite.
If you do purchase the upgrade, make sure you do not lose the Works disk
because if you ever have to reinstall the PPT program you will need the disk
as a qualifying product.

As LV says you should be OK for an upgrade

Assuming you are eligible you will most likely find buying Home & Student
Version outright cheaper.
