pp template, a basic question

-- this is so basic I hesitate to ask, but it is driving me crazy. I
downloaded and installed a bunch of templates from the microsoft website. Now
how do I find them? They aren't showing up anywhere. Usually, like for
example in Word, I would go to File, New, etc. and pick a form or template.
Where the heck are they in Power Point?
I tried the MS website Help but could not find an answer to this basic
question.
Help!

Thanks Sonia, but...
When I have the PP program open and I want to load one of the templates I
downloaded, how do find it? Where is it located in the program? I have done
the .POT search and there are lots of files. However the one I downloaded
doesn't seem to have an identifiable name except 1072135.pot which is the zip
file download name. How can I get this to run without running the zip file
all the time?
thanks,

Perhaps I haven't asked my question clearly enough. I am trying to access
presentation templates that I have downloaded. That may be different than the
other types of resident templates.
thanks
