PP Viewer Printing multiple slides on one sheet

yes - when you go to your print dialog box - you should
get a drop down box that says "print what". You will
notice that slides per page is grayed out, but if you
choose something other than "slides" in the "print what"
drop down box, you will see that more options will begin
to appear to the right.

I think you're talking about printing from PowerPoint. The PowerPoint
Viewer doesn't present the same dialog.
