Open them in 2007 and convert/save them as PPSX files.

Now that I've installed Office 2007 on my machines; all of my .pps files that
are currently on a server and a linked to a web page open in PowerPoint 07 in
edit mode instead of using the viewer in show mode. I'm concerned for my
users that start putting 07 on their machines, it's important that the pps
files still open in show mode for them... is there an easy solution to make
sure that the pps files will open in show mode for them?

Thanks for the information. What about my users that still have PowerPoint
Viewer 2003 - will they be able to open the ppsx files or will they need to
download the 2007 viewer?
