PPS to Project Server Interface Error

Hi we have installed PS2007 and PPS 2007. When I try to create a mapping
table I get the following error:
Invalid URI: A port was expected because of there is a colon (':') present
but the port could not be parsed
I assume from the error message that I have the port number wrong. Where
would I find out the correct value for the port number? The Sys Admin who
installed the app also doesn't know where to look.
Any help you can give would be great.

Paul,

I have confirmed that the port is 56737 and the name of the shared services
provider is correct and I still get the same invalid URI message. Are there
other indicators that are required to be set up on the project server side?

Hi Paul,

Two things were incorrect.

I had the incorrect shared services provider name to start with and the
incorrect URL for the PWA site. Once I fixed this - I got the mapping tables.
