I want to compile a presentation of some pictures with light instrumental
music as a sinle executable file. How can i proceed as I have some knowledge
in Power Point Presentation

I suggest asking this question in a PowerPoint newsgroup - this newsgroup is
for the discussion of Microsoft Publisher.
