PPS2007 Change Request Owner

Hi all,

I have a largely working Portfolio Server 2007 install, my only major
problem is that I cannot raise a Change Request because I have no valid users
in my Owner drop down box (on Add Change Request Page).

Does anyone know how this list is populated?

Hi Ben,
first you have to check "lock business case data" option in Lifecycle Step
Management settings.
Second, if your project is in the correct lifecycle step, selecting change
request button in Project info tab, yuou could raise a new c.r
