PPT 2003 Does Not Open in PPT 2000

Customer using PowerPoint 2003 cannot open my PowerPoint
200 presentation. It is about 5MB and has some picture
files and only a few animations. Same customer can open
on older PC with PowerPoint 2000.

There is a recently discovered issue with presentations saved in PowerPoint
2000 not opening in PowerPoint 2003 and it sounds like you have encountered
it. Does it give a message that says a part of the file is missing?. The
only solution that I know of at this time is to open the presentation in
PowerPoint 2002 and save it to a new name. The new file will open in
PowerPoint 2003.
