ppt 2003 movies always rewind

After I play .avi movies in a PowerPoint 2003 slideshow,
they always rewind, even if the Movie Options "Rewind
movie when done playing" button is NOT selected. I don't
want the movies to rewind after playing. How do I prevent
this from happening?

P.S. This problem did not occur with PowerPoint 2000.
