PPT 2003 No MPEG Audio

No audio when running an mpeg file in PPT 2003. Video is OK.

Inserted movie file (mpeg) and set click to run on file. When ran video OK
but no audio. MPEG file works in Media Player

Tried PFSC program no help

Is this on Windows XP and is it a mpeg-1 or an Mpeg-2 file?
