I created a couple of complicated PPT presentation in 2007 Beta and forward
to convert them before Beta Expiration. Is there anything I can use to
convert them to a format I can use in 2003.

I'm hoping I don't have to redo what I did!!!

Thanks,
Greg.

Hi Greg,

You can down-save the 2007 version (from an active copy of 2007) to the 2003
format and it should play pretty much as intended. However, some of the
editing abilities may not be available in the 2003 version (mostly any new
functionality offered by 2007). Use "Save As" and select "PowerPoint
97-2003 Presentation" type.

You can also download the viewer for 2007 or the compatibility pack which
should allow you to edit from within 2003 (again limited to the
functionality offered in 2003).

Bill:

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately, 2007 won't read the 2007 Beta files
so I think I'm stuck. I don't have 2007 and with the expiry of 2007 Beta I
think I dug my own hole by forgetting to convert the file before the
expiration date.

Let me know if you think of anything else. Note sure why MS would configure
it's BETA this way!!

Thanks, Greg.
