PPT: Alternate text on animation

Is there a way to make an alternative text pop up after the original text
fades (re: PPT animation effects)?

Hi Jacob

You would need to add another text box and have it animate in with the other
text's animate out. If you need more detail, let us know your version and
what you have going on with the slide so far.
