When I try to open a PPT presentation (97 Version) the
following error appears. Powerpoint Can't Open The Type of
File Represented By (filename). Any solutions?

Most probable cause is that the file is either corrupted or is a password
protected file from PPT 2002. Ah. That's two probable causes.

You'll probably want to contact whoever sent the file in the first place
about this.
