Recently my PPT presentation had stopped printing the bullets (Wingdings) any tips?

Maybe removing preference files would do it, anybody know where they are stored?

First confirm that you have the most current updates of Office (11.5.5) & OS
X (10.5.6), but also check the mfr's web site for an update to the printer
driver. That plus a simple restart of the Mac may be all that's needed.

If those steps don't resolve it the question becomes "Is it just this one
file or do you have the same problem with all files -- including any new
ones you create?". If just the one file it may have some internal corruption
but you might try recreating a bulleted list as well as adding a new slide
or two & see if they have the same problem.

I don't believe Preferences are the issue but fonts could be. Run Font
Book's routines to Resolve Duplicates & to Validate Fonts. It's also
possible that the file called Office Font Cache (11) may need to be
deleted... just be certain that no Office apps are running if you delete
that file. It's in: User/Library/Preferences/Microsoft.

Do you run into this issue only when you use bullets or with using
Wingding fonts in general?

Thanks,
