PPT link to Excel files/graphs -- update with disabling macros

Mike

I have seen many good notes in the discussion group on PPT links to Excel,
but am having trouble with the following.

I have one PPT with about 25 links to Excel files/graphs, each with their
own macros. When I update the links, each file is asking me to "Enable or
Disable" the macros. I have to do this 25 times. :-(

Is there an easy way to make a setting or macro to force an update and
automatically disable the macros?

Thanks for the recommendation. Unfortunately, lowering the security would
_enable_ the macros. Is there a method to _disable_ the macros while updating
the links?

Thanks!
Mike

Just for grins, try setting security to
SuperMegaHyperDuperGuyWithAK47AtDoorBlockingTheWay or whatever it's called.

Do you have any advice where to make the change? All I know to change is
"Very High" all the way to "Low", which has to be done in Excel.
