PPT Movie/Sound over email

Danny

I understand that by inserting a movie or sound file into a slide that you
are essentially linking said file to the slide and telling it how it to act.
This works great for presentations that will remain on the same computer that
the actual file that is inserted is on. What about when you email the
presentation? Is there a way to "embed" the file into the slide so that you
don't have to send the actual realted movie or sound files with the
presentation to get them to play within the presentation?

Thanks,
Danny

The only files that get embedded are wav files. Depending on your version of
Windows and your version of PowerPoint you could convert your presentation
into an exe file and send that. Look here on how to do that.
Make a standalone EXE that runs a PowerPoint presentation
