Are you trying to add the narration using PPT's recording capabilities, or
do you have the narration already recorded and need to add it to the
presentation?
If you don't have the narration already recorded, you can do it using PPT's
Slide Show --> Record Narration feature. HOWEVER (and it is a big one), with
that large of a presentation, you may find that it is better to record the
narration separately and then add it slide by slide - this will reduce slide
timing drift.
