PPT show on multiple screens or wide screen?

Dear All,

We want to set up an event with a multimedia show on a '180 degrees' wide
screen (projected from behind). Is it possible to project a wide screen like
that (which is built up of 7 screens or so) with PowerPoint? Do you need
multiple computers? How do you synchronize that? Is it possible to run
multiple PowerPoint sessions that click synchronized on 1 computer? I am
curious if anybody ever did this?...
