I have recently changed laptops for my ppt presentations. I have numerous
videos inserted on slides and they have worked fine on the old machine.
However, when the presentations are on the new unit, the slide will display,
but when I click to launch the video, it will begin to play the audio but not
the video. What is happening??? Help
