PPT xp glitch

Hi
Two Pc's used for training. On each PC a small rectangle
blue or yellow apperas above around the toolbar area, PPt
has to be restarted to clear it.
Not visible in other apps.
Any ideas what this is?

Can you take a screen shot of it and post it on a website somewhere? Does it
reappear after you've cleared it? If so, when does this happen? By that I
mean, what is the user doing when it all of a sudden reappears? Where on the
toolbar does it appear?

What versions of PowerPoint and Windows are running on these systems? What
add-ins are in use? Are the video drivers up to date?

Which build of PPT 2002 are you using? I've seen it happen sometimes in the
past, but applying service packs seemed to clear it out.
