if i registered my product and then had to fdisk my
computer could i reinstall it with out having to buy a new
coppy?

You may need to call Microsoft in order to activate it, but go ahead and
install it. Then try to activate it and follow the dialog.

You can reinstall even if you have registered. If you need to reactivate and
can not do it automatically use the telephone method to activate.
