Steve
I'm running Windows XP Pro with just one account (Administrator) and have
Office 2003 Small business addition installed. For Outlook I use Word as an
email editor and when I first start Outlook I get a file conversion screen
that says
"Select the encoding that makes your document readable"
Well you cant choose from the list available, they're all faded out.
Then it says "The add in template is not valid" C:\~$OMSW00.DOT
Well I deleted this file and it didn't help. It referred to another .dot
file.
I reinstalled Office 2003 and now its reverting back to the above
Any Ideas?????
TIA
