Precision calculation

I NEED HELP! I need excel to add up the displayed values,
and not the stored values. I have already changed
tools/options/precision as displayed, and it is still
using the stored values, what am I doing wrong?

Please provide an example where "precision as displayed" uses more
figures than displayed.
