Predefine resize & compressing in picture manager

Hi Does anyone know if its possible to create a pre-defined width & height in
Microsoft Picture Manager? I have to crop, compress and resize lots of images
in one go every week and it would be great to cut down the time it takes to
do this.

I noticed there is a pre-defined width & height but its not the dimensions I
want ( I need them all at 100 x 140).

Any ideas?
