Preload sounds

I have a web page where I want to play a wav sound. It loads in little bits
and it plays as it loads. Is there a way that I can preload the sound and
then have it played once It's downloaded? The page below is the one I'm
working on.

I would suggest streaming the file to a player versus a download.

I'm not familar with streaming. Would the player show on the web page? Would
the book, "Stept by steap", help me with this probleme or streaming?
