Preloading add-in

Hi All,

I've just written an add-in, and I can access it via Tools > Add-Ins >
add in name.

I've also created a shortcut on a menu bar.

The first time I open a database, I have to open the add in from
T>A>add in. It will not start from the shortcut.

After that, though, the shortcut works fine. Is there a way to make
Access preload the add in, so the shortcut works?
