Preparing 2003 Db For 2007

I had many problems with my db after installing Access 2007.
I had many anomalies and I even - somehow - lost all my forms.
I subsequently uninstalled 2007.
Is there any guidelines for prepping the 2003's db for
use with 2007?

Any help will be appreciated,

if you want to prepare for the year 2007; u should move to SQL server and
Access Data Projects
