Preparing for meeting - add time to only my calendar?

Is there any way to automatically or manually add a "pre" meeting preparation
time to a meeting (like 15 minutes) that will show up on my calendar but not
on the other attendees? Therefore, it would block out time to prepare, as
well as give me a notification.

A separate event just before the meeting will simulate that. There is no
way to include invisible prep time in the meeting itself.
