Preparing to Install message

Working with Office 2003 Pro. Get a "Preparing to
Install" box frequently. Happens with EACH email
downloaded in Outlook, etc. Any ideas on a fix for
this. It is very annoying.

I had this problem too. I installed office 2003 before I deleted my
office xp. To solve it, I had to delete all references to office 10
in the registry.
