Everytime I start Word XP I recieve a 'pop-up' that
says 'preparing to install'. From selecting the shortcut
on my desktop to having Word application ready takes 45
seconds. I have reinstalled and getting the same error.
If reinstalltion is the answer, what is the appropriate
way? Sincerely, Spencer
Note: This happens with the other OFFICE XP applications
