Preprined forms

Hi,



I have got this preprinted form which I want to fill its fields with Word.
This what I want to do:



1- I want to tell Word to put the specific entries a location (x,y) from
the top right of the page. While the height and width should not exceed from
a determined size in order to make the entry fit in the its position in the
preprinted form.

2- I want to enter the data in form and automatically put them on their
position.



How can I do that?

This won't be easy, but with careful measurement and text boxes of the
appropriate size and at the exactly correct location you might manage it.
