Presence Indicator Not Working

For several participants in our workspace the presence indicator has stopped
working or only selectively appears for a few participants. We checked
preferences and everyone should be communicating presence to Everyone.

What else can I check?

The workspaces are gigabytes in size. Won't uninvite/reinvite require a
resync? Is there any other way than a 'cold boot'?

Hi,

You can try grooveclean withou "-all' on computer which members have
prensence error.

I'm having the same problem and I'm not sure what Grooveclean is or how to
execute it, could you explain?
