Presence Indicator Not Working

For several participants in our workspace the presence indicator has stopped
working or only selectively appears for a few participants. We checked
preferences and everyone should be communicating presence to Everyone.

What else can I check?

You can try to uninvite/reinvite your members to see how things are going.

The workspaces are gigabytes in size. Won't uninvite/reinvite require a
resync? Is there any other way than a 'cold boot'?

You can try grooveclean withou "-all' on computer which members have
prensence error.

I'm having the same problem and I'm not sure what Grooveclean is or how to
execute it, could you explain?

Hi,

Grooveclean can clear communication buffer which might be contian wrong
delta data. These data will prevent Groove sync. Here is a KB you can refer
