Presentation: All Slide Viewing while in Slide Show mode

is there any way for the screen to show the selected presentation while the person giving the presentation can have a view of all the slides?

ie So my boss is giving a power point and he wants to see the upcoming slide or pick n chose which slide he can show next without the ppl watching the presentation seeing his screen

It depends on what version of PowerPoint he's using. PowerPoint 2002 and
2003 allow you to go to Slide Show > Set Up Show and set it to "Show
Presenter View".

No. He'll have to have a list of the slides and when he wants to jump to
one he can enter the number and press enter. It will jump to the slide.
