Presentation on CD

I put my powerpoint presentation on CD and created an
autorun file and everything works fine except the bullets
are different then the ones I used in the original
presentation and the transitions (custom animation) are
gone. I assume the bullets need to be added to the cd. If
found a bullet file folder and I guess I just need to find
the bullets I am using and put them on the CD. But is
there a file I need to put on the CD for the custom
animation?

Which Viewer are you using on the CD? The PowerPoint 97 Viewer does not
support picture bullets.

Thank you for your quick response. Yes, I downloaded power
point 97 viewer. Should I download a later one? Where can
I get it? What about the transitions?

The newer Viewer should fix the transition problem as well as the bullet
problem. Rather than sending you (directly) to the Microsoft URL for the
viewer, I am going to suggest you check out the PPT FAQ page on Viewers:

(Why there instead of directly to the Viewer? The Viewer URL is so long it
will wrap. This one is easier to cut and paste.)

I downloaded the 2003 viewer and it does the bullets and
transitions great but it does not support running programs
anymore and I have found the best way to have customers
run the .avi files included in my presentation (which is
actually a training CD) is to send camtasia player and set
all of the .avi files to run with it. Now my buttons that
I set to play movies won't work. Any suggestions besides
going back to the 97 viewer?

You'll have to decide which is most important. I would consider developing
the videos with a common codec and then insert them as "movies from file".
