Is there a site I can go to download high quality 3d graphic charts for use
with any Office application?

Hey,
I'd recommend using Microsoft Visio to create the charts and graphs. It's
included in Office 2003 Professional and has a bunch of great 3d charts.
Use File - New - Charts and Graphs
You can play around with it and copy the chart out into a PowerPoint
Presentation.
