Presentation updated from database

We would like to have a presentation that
presents the current production data.

This data is available in a database (Excel file, Access DB).

How could a graphical display of this data be in a Powerpoint
presentation?

Would it be possible to have a presentation running constantly,
with the graph being updated as new data come into the database?
The presentation would run on a projector, with no manual interaction.

Any help appreciated

With best regards

For one possible way, see http://www.tushar-

not sure about the auto-refresh capability. You will have to check up
on that.
