Presentations print or preview with an incorrect orientation

i've looked at Q302977 but all resolutions fail to work. when using print
preview, slides will only preview and print in portrait and not landscape as
desired. is threre anything else i can try? please advise.

yea that didn't work either. This is an enterprise network printer and
updating the drivers would force me to remap the printer for the users. no
one else has reported the problem either. i assume there's nothing else other
than that?

As a rule, you want to install a LOCAL driver on each PC (even though you
may be mapping the printer port to a network printer's sharename). PPT and
Word can get cranky otherwise. You might want to give that a try.
