Presenter Tools issue

When I try to use Presenter Tools in PPT 2004, I don't see the image of
the current slide in the main center window. Everythin else is fine.
This was working initially when I installed it. Any idea why it doesn't
work now?

Using 10.3.7 (but installed ppt 2004 on 10.3.6 - could it bbe the issue?

I cleaned-up my system a bit (Cocktail) and everything went back to
normal. Not sure if it is Cocktail clean-up or just re-starting the
system.
