Presenter View opens minimized and window do not open

I have been using front page presenter without ant problem for years. I have
change my notebook 2 years ago. The new OS is Windows Vista Businnes. I again
continue to work as previously without any problem till this summer.
After tuning the settings for 2 screen, show setup with presenter view (
regular settings that I do for years) I start the slide show. The slide show
starts on 2ns screen as planned, but 3rd window as presenter view ( 1st
window ppt file / 2nd window slide show) occure are task bar, but does not
open. Meanwhile the show works without problem. But presenter view does not
come up.

I tried to unistall office and install back. Re-install driver for my
notebook etc.. it did not work out. Then I format the system, and re-install
all 2 weeks ago. Then presenter view started working as it should be. But
yesterday same problem occur. I even uninstall the office xp and re install
the office 2003 but same problem continue. As this office xp/ windows vista
businnes and hardware combination worked more than a year and then also after
the format it again worked without any problem. But then what happens I do
not know?

I would wager that the monitors are somehow reversed on the system and that
the presenter view is opening, but underneath the actual presentation.

When you are in the Display properties and select identify displays, does
the projector one come up as 1 or 2?

Normally the projector is the 2nd monitor. I also tried swaping the monitors.
But it does not solve my problem. This time show is at Notebook, and
powerpoint file without presenter is on big screen.
