presenter view w/o dual monitor

I would really like to see presenter view enabled on machines w/o dual
monitor support. I work on a machine that does not have dual monitors, but
know that I will be giving my presentation on one that does. Therefore, it
would be nice to be able to practice the presentation in presenter view on my
machine.

Hi,

You can't really see dual monitor views without having dual monitor views.
That is, it wont happen. But, if you have windows XP and a laptop, you cant
tweak it to run one screen on your laptop and one on a monitor. This may
